Conference participants should make their own accommodation arrangements. This section includes information that might be helpful.

There are rooms available in the following two hotels for the conference attendees:

Crowne Plaza Hotel

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is the conference venue.

COST (including breakfast):

  • Double room for single use: 149€ + 7% VAT
  • Double room: 165€ + 7% VAT

The reservation procedure is as follows:

  1. Participants should contact hotel directly, via e-mail (reservas@crowneplazamadrid.com) or fax (+34 91 5482389 ).
  2. It is important to specify reference "CSEET" to get room availability.
  3. Specify reservation details: name and surname, arrival and departure dates and type of room you would like to book.
  4. You will have to give your credit card details (type, number and expiry date) to guarantee reservations.
  5. All reservations are directly payable by customers upon leaving the hotel.
  6. Room availability is guaranteed only for reservations before January 31, 2003. The hotel does not guarantee rooms available for the conference dates after January 31.

Hotel Príncipe Pío

The Hotel Príncipe Pío is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the conference venue.
