The reservation procedure
is as follows:
- Participants should
contact hotel directly, via e-mail (reservas@crowneplazamadrid.com)
or fax (+34 91 5482389 ).
- It is important
to specify reference "ESERNET" to get reduced rates.
- Specify reservation
details: name and surname, arrival and departure dates and
type of room you would like to book.
- You will have
to give your credit card details (type, number and expiry
date) to guarantee reservations.
- All reservations
are directly payable by customers upon leaving the hotel.
- Room
availability is guaranteed only until May 20th.
NOTE:
Madrid receives a lot of tourists in July. Therefore, hotel
occupancy in the city reaches over 90%. Meeting participants
are urged to make their reservations as soon as possible, irrespective
of whether they intend to stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel or
any other hotel in the capital.
